Individual conversations, mood logs, and personal data are NEVER accessible to employers. Admins only see aggregated, anonymized metrics (e.g., "Team wellness score: 7.2/10"). We use differential privacy techniques to ensure no individual can be identified from aggregate data.
Employers have access to: overall wellness trends, department-level comparisons (minimum 10 people per group), usage statistics (% of employees using the app), and anonymized topic trends. They cannot see who said what, individual scores, or any personally identifiable information.
